Evy has dedicated a lifetime to dissecting and questing to understand the complexities and unseen forces beneath the veil of reality. The unfolding of non-dual realization is a never-ending investigation of the intricate interweaving of consciousness, laying out a path of dharma that grooves the riverbeds of her life and teaching—inseparable from one another.

As the face of yoga continues to evolve, more people are accessing deeper layers of consciousness, reshaping the collective understanding of existence. Her teaching is informed by the evolution of ancient traditions, staying true to lineage while weaving together ancient technologies of myth and practice with contemporary neuroscience, trauma research, somatic science, and relational healing within the quantum field.

Evy has a BA First-class Degree in Dance Science and has completed over 2500+ hours of Teacher Training including Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Ayurveda, Somatics (BMC, Feldenkrais, Tomas Hanna Somatics), Remedial Pilates, Trauma & Nervous System studies, and has been a devotee of Classical Non-Dual Saiva Tantra (Trika Lineage) for the last 6 years. She has led 200h & 300h Teacher trainings with Authentic Flow, Trimurti Yoga School and now Co-founder of The Mythic Movement School, a movement in Non-Dual Tantra & Somatics.

 

The embodied path of Tantra brings one nowhere but here. The goal has always been exactly where one already is. It is through the vessel of the body—through its miraculous pathways of connectivity and exploration—that one can awaken to the intimacy of the present moment. The body is an archive, storing and shaping experience through tissues and cellular remembrance. Through the excavation of the inner world, one can experience the self as a micro-expression of the macrocosm—a vessel for consciousness to dance through in an unhindered, unbound expression of divine play.​​
